Context
The Inventor's Friend is a patent law firm. Admin work arrives in the inbox, including forms that have to be filled out, and it waited for someone at the firm to have time.
Approach
Gain3d built custom software around how the firm works, to take routine admin tasks off the owner's desk. It started with the first task, and the owner adds new ones as he finds them.
How it runs
- A purpose-built web app. The routine steps run directly in the app, so each task costs less to run.
